About This Dog

George's ideal home

Gorgeous George is a 1y 4m old Pug who is full of energy and love. He adores meeting new people so much that he can jump up and sometimes may get a bit too excited when playing with his toys and take a while to calm down, he could therefore join a home with older primary aged children who will be able to understand guidance around this.

George loves nothing more than snuggling up on the sofa with his favourite people and watching TV together. He is housetrained and is a clever boy with good recall.

While George is unable to live with cats, as he will chase them, he has the potential to live with another dog pending successful introductions at the centre. He otherwise enjoys socialising with other dogs during walks and playdates too!

Could you be George's perfect match?

George would enjoy a home with a secure garden but would be able to cope with a communal space or no garden, as long as he has access to regular walks and off lead time in a secure area. He is not used to car travel but this could be built up slowly at his pace with some interesting destinations for fun and sniffs.

George is still living with his owners while a part of our Homestay scheme, so he is not currently at the centre. However, appointments can be made to meet him if you are matched by our Rehoming Team.
