About This Dog for Adoption
Lola's ideal home
Lola is an affectionate and lively 11-month-old Pug who’s full of personality and always ready for company. She’s looking for a loving home with a secure, fully enclosed garden where she can potter, play, and enjoy her early-morning zoomies. Lola could live with calm, tolerant dogs who don’t mind an excitable puppy and could also share her home with children aged 5 and up who are confident around bouncy young dogs. She hasn’t spent much time alone, so she’ll need someone around most of the day to help her gradually build up her independence. Lola may suit first-time dog owners who are ready to offer her the time, patience, and structure she needs to thrive.
Could you be Lola's perfect match?
Lola is a sweet, snuggly pup who’s happiest when she’s close to her people. She loves attention, will happily curl up on your lap, and often follows her humans from room to room just to be part of the action. While she enjoys playing with soft toys, she’s more interested in company than games, and tends to entertain herself as long as someone is nearby.
She’s still working on her toilet training and will need patient, consistent support to help her settle into a reliable routine, particularly overnight. Lola is confident around people, loves a fuss, and greets new friends with plenty of enthusiasm. She’s relaxed in the home, curious in the garden, and is already picking up on familiar words and gentle boundaries.
Lola will thrive with a family who can offer her structure, affection, and time to adjust to being left alone. As a flat-faced breed, Lola will need an owner who’s aware of the care these dogs require especially around managing exercise, breathing, and hot weather. With the right support, she’ll grow into a fun, loyal, and loving little companion. AWE licence number 13090 by West Lothian Council.
